Render general nursing care to in-patients utilizing the nursing process and provide health teachings, psychological, social, and spiritual care to patients and relatives.
-Develop plan of care and prioritize individualized patient’s needs and problems.
-Evaluate patient care management in terms of appropriateness, adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency.
-Document and report the patients’ assessment, intervention and evaluation of patient care under my care.
-Coordinate with different ancillary and support services through proper channel.
-Direct and supervise the performance of junior staff nurses, assistive personnel, trainees and affiliates in the care of patients.
-Maintains confidentiality and safe keep of patients’ records.
-Implements Hospital policies, rules and regulations.
-Participate in meetings, continuing education training, staff development programs and research activities.
