Mr. Kavindra
Pant heads the Human Resource function at Shapoorji Pallonji Oil and Gas, India
and South Asia. His career
track spans over 20 years of versatile experience in the field of Human
Resources and Change Management. This experience has not only provided him an
exposure in managing entire gamut of HR activities in India and overseas
locations but has also provided a platform to develop and implement HR
strategies for driving organizations for achieving sustainable business growth.
More importantly Kavindra has worked in Senior roles in varied industries like
Logistics, Insurance, Infrastructure, and Oil & Gas which has not only
enriched him but has also helped him to gain valuable insights into the various
aspects of these businesses & the nuances of HR’s role in them. During this
diverse work experience, he has thrived on challenges and applied significant
people, business and change leadership skills in cross functional areas. His
key strengths have been in the areas of Business Strategy, Change Management
& organizational transformation, Talent Management, Compensation &
Benefits, Coaching & Mentoring, Leadership Development, Employee Relations,
Employee Engagement. He also has rich experience in M&A wherein he
spearheaded the HR integration project for an acquired company in India. The
role involved strategy development and implementation for building a new
organization and preparing the two organizations for a Merger.
During his career Kavindra has also worked with semi startup organizations and has contributed significantly towards the development of effective HR systems, processes and policies.

viz. Mahanagar Gas Limited, HDFC ERGO General Insurance Co. Ltd.,
Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Limited, TNT etc.
