Title: Strategies to synchronize techniques in land and transport development in cities.
Caroline holds a PhD from the Bartlett, University College London. She started her career 15 years ago in Istanbul in Turkey where she worked as an independent consultant and understood the need to coordinate transport intervention with land use. For 4 years she was responsible for Public Transport Authorities at UITP as well as governance related topics. She is now an independent consultant again and look actively for technical assistance opportunities.
