Stephen brings economic and public policy analysis to city planning. He has been involved in numerous Australian government initiatives including planning reform, funding alternatives to support urban growth, affordable housing policies and transit-oriented development initiatives. In his various roles he has had the opportunity to research and visit many city shaping real estate developments across the world.
Stephen has decades of experience in the industry being the CEO of the Urban Development Institute of Australia, a Director of the Banking and Property Group at Macquarie Bank Ltd, Deputy CEO of TTF Australia and a National Manager at the Property Council of Australia. He has a Masters of Public Policy (Economics) from Australian National University and a Bachelor of Administration (Economics) from Griffith University. Stephen is a Councilor of Urban Development Institute of Australia (NSW), a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
