Abstract Submission: Abstract should be of maximum 250 words, a self contained summary of your full text paper that gives readers a basic understanding of your research. Abstracts must include an explanation of the research problem, objectives, the methods used, findings, outcomes or results achieved a self contained summary of your full text paper that gives readers a basic understanding of your research, the implications/significance of research and recommendations or conclusions drawn from the study with at least four keywords or phrases in alphabetical order.

Full Text Paper Submission: The full text paper is a comprehensive summary of your research study. It should begin with an introduction that covers information on the background or literature reviews introduced in the study, including all citations which are referenced at the end of the paper. The paper should describe in more detail the methodology used, the outcomes or results achieved, as well as any findings, recommendations or conclusions drawn from the study, any policy recommendations. You may include any notes, figures, tables, appendices, and other additional information to clarify and display data. The length of the full text paper should not exceed 4000-6000 words including references and citations. All submitted full papers will be double blind peer reviewed. We also welcome case studies, working papers or literature reviews.
